Booker Aviation is well equipped to meet the needs of everyone from the complete beginner to the professional pilot. You can learn as little or as much as you like. Enough to get you to France for lunch; enough to fly at night or enough to teach other people to fly. It's a great thrill to arrive at a new destination in charge of your own aircraft.
It has never been easier or more enjoyable to become a pilot. If you are aged 16 or over and prepared to make time for lessons, you too can discover the thrill of flying an aircraft yourself.
To begin with you can take a trial flying lesson, to discover how exhilarating the experience is. We then offer two initial pilot training courses:
After having gained your licence you will need to keep it current and up to date, we've got more information about EASA pilot licensing and currency here.
Once the euphoria of qualifying for your PPL has subsided most pilots then seek to add extra qualifications. In this way, skills are honed and expanded whilst gaining both experience and ability to fly in different weather conditions or at night or to fly a wider variety of aircraft.
We can teach you to fly at night (Night Rating course - five hours) or in poorer weather than seen during your licence (IMC Rating is fifteen hours).
